How to use
Steaming: Add 1-2 drops to bowl of steaming water, cover head with towel, steam for 2-5 mins.Inhalation: Cup the bottle opening with hands and breathe in deeply 5-10 times.Massage/Bath: Add 6 drops to 10ml of carrier oil, massage into the skin or add to bath water.
